Legal text of section 240b of the Dutch Penal Code

1) Any person who distributes or publicly exhibits a pictorial representation of a sexual act involving a person who is manifestly under the age of sixteen, or an information carrier containing such a pictorial representation, or who manufactures, imports, conveys in transit, exports or stocks such a pictorial representation or information carrier, shall be liable to a term of imprisonment not exceeding four years or a fifth-category fine.

2) Any person who has made a profession or habit of committing the criminal offences, described in paragraph 1, shall be liable to a term of imprisonment not exceeding six years or a fifth-category fine.
