• A pictorial representation of a sexual act involving a person who is manifestly under the age of eighteen.
• Public distribution via the internet.

The following instances do not meet these criteria

• One-on-one distribution via e-mail.
• Erotic stories involving children.
• Pornography in general in which no children are involved.
• Pictures of naked children
