How to take a screenshot.
A screenshot is a like a photograph of your screen. It captures everything that you can see on your screen at the press of a key and is useful for recording details you might want to report. | 1. Have the information you wish to record open on your screen and press the PrintScn / SysRq key on your keyboard. The image is now saved in a temporary memory. | |
| 2. Open a new Word document (or any other program that takes an image file), right click your mouse and select Paste to insert the screenshot. | |
| 3. Make a note of the date, location, e-mail address, name (nickname or real name) and any other information which you think might be useful and then Save the file. | |
